Once you've placed your order, you'll immediately receive a personal upload link by email. Simply upload a clear photo or scan of your handwritten note, recipe or drawing. We'll carefully transform it into a custom embroidery design, embroider it on premium linen, beautifully package it, and send it to your home.

No, not at all. A clear photo or high-quality scan is all we need. Your original stays safely with you, while we carefully recreate every detail in thread to preserve the look and feel of the handwriting.

Every keepsake is made to order and embroidered especially for you. Production typically takes around 4 business days. Once complete, your keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped with love. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Don't worry—we'll always review your image before production begins. If the quality isn't suitable for embroidery, we'll contact you personally and help you find the best solution. We won't start creating your keepsake until we're confident the final result will be beautiful. If we're unable to create a keepsake that meets our quality standards, we'll let you know and, of course, issue a full refund.
